Tai chi, short for T'ai chi ch'üan or Tàijíquán, sometimes also known as "Shadowboxing", is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation. Tai chi has practitioners worldwide

Tai Chi Practice - every Wednesday and Saturday From 10:00 am to 11:00 noon.  Lead by Harry Chen.  It is free and everyone is welcome.
